Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled as long as the order has not processed. Once your order has been processed, packaged and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please contact Hyrrokki immediately (within 5 hours) for order cancellation.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can refer to the shipper/provider for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (10 – 30 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item to the shipper at your expense and the item must be unused)
- Item receipt is required for proof of purchase
A refund can not be issued if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
*For drop ship items, you can submit refund requests to Hyrrokki within 5 days after you receive the item. You can do it by sending a refund request message to support@hyrrokki.com along with a photo of the item and copy of your order receipt. Hyrrokki will try to process the refund for you after contacting the shipper. It is your obligation to return to item to the origin of shipping at your own cost.
*For Locally sourced locally shipped items, you can submit refund requests to Hyrrokki within 5 days after you receive the item. You can do it by sending a refund request message to support@hyrrokki.com along with a photo of the item and copy of your order receipt. You can return the item to Hyrrokki directly. Shipping address and instructions will be emailed to you upon receipt and approval of your refund request. All items must be in the condition you received it.
